All accepted E-Posters will be displayed digitally on high-resolution multimedia monitors throughout the Conference.
Presenting Authors are expected to be present at their assigned monitor during the scheduled presentation time to engage in discussions and answer questions about their E-Poster.
(The specific schedule will be communicated in advance.)
Upon arrival at the venue, please refer to the on-site Conference agenda to confirm your presentation date, time, and monitor number, as any last-minute updates will be posted there.
Each presentation is limited to a maximum of 10 minutes, which includes 7 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
Note: Submission of a full-text paper is not required. Authors are only required to submit their abstract and E-Poster according to the timeline specified by the Organizing Committee.
Scientific submissions registered for the Forum must be research projects nominated by healthcare facilities, training institutions, or research centers in the field of Dentistry.
Submitted studies must not have been previously presented or submitted in any equivalent-level scientific conferences.
Each study may include a maximum of five (05) authors, including the scientific supervisor.
Eligible research types include, but are not limited to:
- Case reports or case series
- Systematic reviews or meta-analyses
- Observational or interventional studies
- Research in clinical, community, or basic science fields
All submitted abstracts will undergo a preliminary review by the Scientific Committee.
Only shortlisted submissions will be invited for oral presentation in the final round at the Conference.
Selected Presenting Authors must complete official Conference registration to confirm participation.
Presentation Language: English (both submission and presentation in English are required).
Eligible Presenting Authors include Odonto-stomatology doctors, nurses, dental technicians, and professionals from related disciplines such as information technology, biotechnology, or healthcare management who are currently working in dental institutions.
The Presenting Author must be the principal investigator or main author directly involved in conducting the research (excluding the scientific supervisor).
Each E-Poster must be presented on a single slide in portrait orientation, summarizing all essential information from the full study.
File format: JPG / JPEG.
Dimensions: aspect ratio equivalent to 9:16, in portrait orientation.
Resolution: 3640 × 2160 pixels (4K UHD).
The E-Poster must be written entirely in English.
The title must match the title of the submitted abstract.
Each E-Poster should include the following sections:
- Background and Objectives
- Methodology
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion

Use Arial font with appropriate size to ensure readability, and maintain strong contrast between text and background.
All images, figures, and tables must be high-resolution (not blurry or pixelated).
Organize all content in a clear, concise, and visually balanced manner.

- E-Poster participants must be registered delegates of the 47th APDC 2026.
- Each participant may join only one E-Poster.
- Eligible abstracts will be reviewed in the preliminary round to select the top 10 studies from each panel. The shortlisted authors will be notified by email, and the results will also be posted on the Congress website, to begin preparing their e-posters for the final round. In the final round, authors will present their e-posters directly to the judging board. The list of finalists and the presentation schedule will be announced later on the Congress website.
- Failure to complete registration and/or submit your E-Poster before the deadline will result in cancellation of your presentation. Presentations will be automatically withdrawn if registration and/or E-Poster submission is not completed by the stated deadlines.
The E-Poster Awards will be presented in three judging panels:
- Clinical Study Panel – 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 2 Third Prizes
- Basic Science Study Panel – 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 2 Third Prizes
- Public Health Study Panel – 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 2 Third Prizes
