This forum provides a high-level platform for scientific exchange in dentistry and dental technology, enabling speakers to present original research, gain international exposure, and compete for prestigious awards, while actively participating in one of the region’s leading dental congresses.
Introduction to the E-Poster Forum at APDC-HAIDEC 2026
APDC-HAIDEC 2026 will be held from 11-14 May 2026 in Hanoi, Vietnam, gathering global leaders, researchers, and clinicians in dentistry and dental technology. The E-Poster Forum is designed to promote innovation, scientific values, and academic collaboration through a modern digital presentation format.
E-Posters allow authors to communicate research findings in a concise, visually effective manner, while engaging with an international scientific audience. This initiative reflects the conference’s commitment to advancing knowledge exchange and academic excellence in dentistry and dental technology.
Scope and Topics of E-Poster Presentations
The E-Poster Forum welcomes high-quality submissions related to contemporary issues and innovations in dentistry and dental technology, including but not limited to:
- Case reports or case series
- Systematic reviews or meta-analyses
- Observational or interventional studies
- Research in clinical, community, or basic science fields
Scientific submissions registered for the Forum must be research projects nominated by dental hospitals, training institutions, or research centers in the field of Dentistry.
Submitted studies must not have been previously presented or submitted in any equivalent-level scientific conferences.
Each study may include a maximum of five (05) authors, including the scientific supervisor.
Categories and Judging Panels
E-Posters will be evaluated by dental experts under three specialized categories, ensuring comprehensive coverage of key research areas in dentistry and dental technology.
Clinical Study
Highlighting clinical research, applied studies, and clinical innovations with direct relevance to patient care.
Basic Science Study
Focusing on foundational research that advances scientific understanding in dentistry and dental technology.
Public Health Study
Addressing population-based oral health research, prevention strategies, and public health policies in dentistry.
Important Dates and Submission Timeline
Authors are required to strictly observe the following deadlines:
- E-Poster & Abstract Submission Deadline: 1 February 2026
- Complete E-Poster Submission Deadline: 15 March 2026
Submissions received after these deadlines may not be considered for review.
E-Poster Submission Guidelines
All E-Poster submissions must comply with the official technical and academic requirements issued by the Organizing Committee. Key principles include:
- E-Poster participants must be registered delegates of the 47th APDC 2026.
- Each participant may join only one E-Poster.
- Eligible abstracts will be reviewed in the preliminary round to select the top 10 studies from each panel. The shortlisted authors will be notified by email, and the results will also be posted on the Congress website, to begin preparing their e-posters for the final round. In the final round, authors will present their e-posters directly to the judging board. The list of finalists and the presentation schedule will be announced later on the Congress website.
- Failure to complete registration and/or submit your E-Poster before the deadline will result in cancellation of your presentation. Presentations will be automatically withdrawn if registration and/or E-Poster submission is not completed by the stated deadlines.

Awards and Scientific Recognition
To encourage excellence in research and presentation within dentistry and dental technology, APDC-HAIDEC 2026 will present awards in each category:

- 1 First Prize
- 2 Second Prizes
- 2 Third Prizes
Award Values
- First Prize: US$ 500
- Second Prize: US$ 400
- Third Prize: US$ 200
Award recipients will gain both financial rewards and enhanced international recognition.
Mandatory Conference Registration for E-Poster Speakers
All authors whose abstracts and E-Posters are accepted must complete registration for APDC-HAIDEC 2026.
Only registered participants will be eligible to:
- Present their E-Poster
- Be included in the official scientific program
- Be considered for E-Poster awards in dentistry and dental technology
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to withdraw accepted E-Posters if registration requirements are not fulfilled.
